Shipping

Delivery terms FOB, CIF, FCR, EXW, DDU, DDP are available.Shipping methods

  • Large and/or heavyorders will be shipped by sea, by train, by air.
  • Sample orders will be shipped by FedEx/UPS/TNT or a similar carrier.
  • You will be charged actual freight charges.
Delivery time
  • Sample/smallorders, it takes about 1-10 days depends on various goods. And takes about 5-12 days by carrier.
  • For orders shipped by sea or train, it takes about 15-25 days to prepare the goods. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the shipping company, and other factors. We will do our best to provide you with accurate delivery estimates and keep you updated on the progress of your order.

CLAIM PROCESS

 

  • If a Yeahpartscustomer believes they have purchased defective goods from Yeahparts as described, they should notify us via email, fully informing why the goods are believed to be defective.
  • Wewill rely on the information, pictures provided to determine if the goods are defective as described above.
  • If any items are proven to be defective, wewill replace/resend the defective products, or refund the purchase price.

FORCE MAJEURE

Yeahparts shall be under no obligation to perform any contract when performance is prevented by fire, strike, war, labor dispute, embargo, transportation delay or failure, material shortages, government intervention or for any other cause beyond the control of Yeahparts.
